Job Summary
A media and information technology company is in need of a Remote Tax Software Client Service Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage the renewal process within assigned customer base
- Generate upsell opportunities within the assigned customer base
- Provide timely, actionable customer intelligence and product feedback
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Overnight travel may be necessary to cover your assigned area
- Strong tax and/or accounting background
- College degree in Accounting or Finance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to conduct presentations along with group training
