A business services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tax Software Customer Service Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Addressing routine customer questions
- Triaging, troubleshooting, and resolving issues for customers

Qualifications for this position include:
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum one year customer service or sales experience
- Basic computer skills required to include navigation between application and internet sites
- Ability to score acceptably on job related testing assessments
