Job Summary

A media and information technology company is seeking a Remote Tax Software Products Customer Success Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Generate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the assigned customer base
• Manage the renewal process within assigned client base
• Provide customer intelligence and product feedback to interested parties

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Position requires coverage of assigned clients in a specific geographic area, which may necessitate overnight travel
• Tax and/or accounting backgroun
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Ability to conduct presentations along with group training when needed
