Job Summary

A planning and consulting firm is filling a position for a Remote Tax Supervisor.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading tax compliance engagements in accordance with firm and professional standards
  • Working directly with management and clients to build and maintain relationships
  • Performing detailed reviews of tax returns and workpapers

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BS/BA in Accounting
  • Plans to sit for CPA
  • 2 years of experience within a public accounting firm
  • 3 years of experience preparing/reviewing individual, business nonprofit and trust returns
  • Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in a tax setting
  • Proven demonstration of tax compliance across a broad range of entity types and multiple states
