What You'll Do
Provide customer support over the phone for tax software users by answering questions, solving issues, and delivering friendly, knowledgeable support Navigate multiple systems and document interactions with accuracy Choose the hours you want to commit mornings, evenings, weekends whatever fits your life.

Requirements Experience handling inbound/outbound customer calls providing customer service. Strong computer, multitasking, and communication skills. A quiet, distraction-free home office with the required equipment (Windows 11 PC, wired internet, dual monitors, USB headset). Willingness to commit at least 80 blocks/month January-April.
