Job Summary
A staffing and recruiting agency is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tax Support Associate in Dallas.
Must be able to:
- Support operations for the TaxAct Professional or Business/Desktop product lines and related processes
- Provide professional and friendly support to all external and internal customers
- Troubleshoot and research customer issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to resolve complex tax-related program issues or questions
- Ability to provide cross-functional analysis of customers to investigate trends
- Ability to assist TaxAct customers in a timely manner, via phone/email, to resolve any requests
- Ability to propose needed responses for the knowledge database
- Ability to routinely promote teamwork and foster collaboration
- Ability to convey a professional and positive image internally and externally
