Job Summary
A customer experience management company has an open position for a Remote Tax Technical Support Customer Service Agent.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and address routine Tax Support customer questions
- Utilize government websites and toolkits to seek out and deliver the right answer
- Document customer interactions and escalate issues that do not have a known resolution
Position Requirements Include:
- A high school diploma or GED and are at least 18 years old
- General PC knowledge and comfortable using multiple screens
- Hard-wired internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
