Job Summary

A biopharmaceutical company is in need of a Remote Tax Vice President.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Filling and technically reviewing of all U.S. federal, state, and local income tax returns
• Managing all U.S. income tax audits
• Overseeing and assuring compliance with all X-US tax return obligations

Qualifications Include:

• 15 years of leadership experience in corporate tax
• Understanding and working knowledge of U.S. corporate tax law, and international tax laws
• Requires the ability to teach, coach, and develop staff
• Requires strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Must have strong business and common sense
• Significant exposure to all the essential functions of the position
