Job Summary
A provider of vertically tailored customer engagement software and integrated payments solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Taxation Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and reviewing the quarterly and annual tax accounting, financial reporting and disclosures
- Staying current on company's expansion plans, both within the US and internationally
- Evaluating tax implications pertaining to new transactions
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years operating in a public company
- Strong ownership and accountability, with a proven track record of execution
- Significant depth of knowledge and expertise in US and global tax in a multifaceted organization
- Experience auditing or implementing new accounting standards
- Highly detailed, organized and able to handle multiple competing deadlines
