Remote Taxation Director

Job Summary

A provider of vertically tailored customer engagement software and integrated payments solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Taxation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Preparing and reviewing the quarterly and annual tax accounting, financial reporting and disclosures
• Staying current on company's expansion plans, both within the US and internationally
• Evaluating tax implications pertaining to new transactions

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years operating in a public company
• Strong ownership and accountability, with a proven track record of execution
• Significant depth of knowledge and expertise in US and global tax in a multifaceted organization
• Experience auditing or implementing new accounting standards
• Highly detailed, organized and able to handle multiple competing deadlines
