Job Summary

A provider of vertically tailored customer engagement software and integrated payments solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Taxation Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Preparing and reviewing the quarterly and annual tax accounting, financial reporting and disclosures
Staying current on company's expansion plans, both within the US and internationally
Evaluating tax implications pertaining to new transactions

Required Skills:

Bachelor's degree
10+ years of relevant experience, including at least 3-5 years operating in a public company
Strong ownership and accountability, with a proven track record of execution
Significant depth of knowledge and expertise in US and global tax in a multifaceted organization
Experience auditing or implementing new accounting standards
Highly detailed, organized and able to handle multiple competing deadlines
