Remote Taxonomy Assistant

Job Summary

A software company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Taxonomy Assistant.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of a new subject taxonomy
• Build, documenting, and training others on best practices for creating standardized brand hierarchies
• Standardize approaches to a diverse data set while incorporating user needs

Qualifications Include:

• Maintain a vision of the big picture while passionately diving into the details
• Experience building, managing, or working with metadata, controlled vocabularies, and/or taxonomies
• Metadata and data management skills within a digital database
• Evidence of prioritizing user needs and incorporating user feedback
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and oral/written communication skills
