An education technology company has a current position open for a Remote Teacher Helper Support Specialist.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Provide support to our customers via live chat and email support
- Work with our engineers to resolve any product issues
- Help maintain our help articles and video tutorials
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with help-desk software like HelpScout and/or payment software like Stripe
- Taught in a classroom
- Prior customer support experience an asset
- Creative problem solver
- Compassionate and empathetic
