Job Summary
An education company has a current position open for a RemoteTeacher Support Specialist in San Diego.
Must be able to:
- Identify patterns in support issues to help our product improve over time
- Create and manage high quality product support, including Help Center articles, videos, and guides
- Monitor key teacher metrics and trends across channels and platforms
