Job Summary
A learning company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Teaching and Learning Innovation Lead Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Refining curriculum strategy, identifying key areas to expand, and prioritize curricula
- Working with experts to create draft curriculum while developing materials for teacher training
- Working with teacher leads to identify and train teachers to roll out the curriculum
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Good conceptual understanding of computer science and solid foundational coding skills
- Understanding of at least 1 programming languages such as Python, JS Node etc.
- Previous experiences in working with students of grades 4-9
- Strong prior experiences in curriculum design (5+ years required for the senior role)
- Ability to work with diverse groups of teachers, domain experts effectively
- Highly motivated, creative, and great problem solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
