Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a lead staff member and subject matter expert for various specialists
• Utilize subject-matter knowledge to carry out automated tasks and manage case file requests
• Facilitate meetings and provide training to ensure compliance with guidelines and departmental goals

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three (3) years of general office experience, with education in administration or related fields substituting for experience
• One (1) year of experience in Mailroom, Medicare appeals, Managed Care appeals, or Healthcare industry
• Experience in Managed Care, Quality Letter System (QLS), and Medicare Appeal System (MAS) is preferred
