Remote Team Lead

Job Summary

Providing subject matter expertise and support, the full-time Remote Team Lead will manage training and technical assistance for staff while ensuring compliance with contract processes and CMS guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a lead staff member and subject matter expert for various specialists and analysts
• Assist with contract-related questions and ensure compliance with CMS guidelines
• Facilitate meetings and training sessions to discuss quality measures and departmental goals

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Three years of general office experience or equivalent education in administration or business
• One year of experience in Mailroom, Medicare appeals, Managed Care appeals, or the Healthcare industry
• Experience with Medicare Part C related appeals activities is preferred
• Familiarity with Quality Letter System (QLS) and Medicare Appeal System (MAS) is preferred
