Job Summary
A business services company has a current position open for a Remote Team Lead and Cloud Accounting Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving 30-50 small to medium-sized clients with a team of 4-6
- Building team cohesion and trust through holding weekly team meetings and individual 1-1s
- Guiding clients on unique finance and accounting challenges
Position Requirements Include:
- Mastery in cloud accounting with experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills across a variety of channels
- An instinctive ability to recognize, retain, and respect team members
- Fluency with cloud accounting technologies (QBO, Xero, Bill.com, Gusto, Avalara, etc.)
- Love of documentation, process and detail
- Intuition for understanding clients and knowing how to solve relationship challenges
