Job Summary
A privately held health and wellness company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Team Lead Engagement Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Motivate, coach and develop the technical and customer service skills of our engagement specialists
- Provide daily motivation and recognition of team members
- Effectively address unprofessional or non-constructive behavior situations
Qualifications for this position include:
- Solid customer service, organizational, interpersonal, and motivational skills
- The ability to interface with all levels of staff and management
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
- Strong supervisory skills
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Capability to effectively handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
