Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Team Lead Medical Risk Adjustment.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Identifying trends and patterns within the Risk Adjustment data and medical record coding
• Preparing and reviewing integrated analysis and reports
• Analyzing actual versus expected MRA results

Qualifications Include:

• Minimum of four (4) years of experience in risk adjustment, decision support, or other analytical role is required
• Minimum of three (3) of experience in database tools is (SAS, Access, SQL, SSIS, SSRS etc.) required
• Advanced proficiency level with Microsoft Excel, advanced proficiency with Microsoft Power Point
• Bachelor of Science/Arts Degree in accounting, finance, economics, computer sciences or related field or equivalent
• Knowledgeable of Medicare/CMS Knowledgeable of ICD-9/ICD-10 and CPT codes
