Job Summary

A non-profit health insurance company is seeking a Remote Team Lead Patient Care Coordinator.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing direct oversight of employees
  • Ensuring all direct reports are performing at minimum quality
  • Developing plan for management of workload after analyzing trends

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years clinical experience
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Prior supervisory skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Current, unrestricted license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or a mental health professional
