Job Summary
A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Team Lead Patient Services Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Obtaining current patient information from established and new patients
- Accurately entering patient information in scheduling system
- Assisting patients with completion of paperwork when necessary
Position Requirements Include:
- 3+ years ‘experience working in contact center
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Intermediate MS Office skills, Excel, PowerPoint
- Available to work a shift of 4:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. Monday- Friday
