Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Team Lead Ruby Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete design and development of web-based SaaS products
  • Scope and lead technical initiatives
  • Own the planning, architecture, development, and delivery of a SaaS based product

Required Skills:

  • BS, MS in Computer Science or closely related field
  • 8+ years of professional experience in building and designing SaaS based web applications
  • 3+ years of experience as a technical leader responsible for building highly scalable full-stack systems
  • Strong coding skills (Ruby, Java, Spring, React, etc)
  • Some experience in Ruby, or similar language such as Python
  • Knowledge of open-source technologies such as Apache, Solr, Lucene, Elastic Search, Memcached
