Job Summary

A worldwide search solutions platform has an open position for a Remote Team Lead Security Software Engineering Manager.

Must be able to:

• Manage, mentor and lead a globally distributed team of approximately 8 experienced engineers
• Lead the delivery for time-boxed software releases, ensuring high quality feature development
• Work with Product Management to make sure the team’s feature roadmap is achievable

Required Skills:

• Experience leading a team of software engineers as a people manager
• Experience developing system level software in C or C++
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Empathy for your peers
