An insurance company is filling a position for a Remote Team Lead Wellness Coordinator in Dallas.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Oversee assigned projects
• Lead implementation for new client programs
• Review and approve program design, incentive structure, and communication strategy

Required Skills:

• Must possess a valid driver license, proof of automobile insurance and a clean DMV record
• Bachelors from an accredited 4 year college or University in a health, business or related field
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as HIPAA compliance
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
• Advance knowledge and skills using Microsoft Office
