Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced leadership role
- 1 year of previous leadership experience within a call center environment preferred
- Flexible schedule to accommodate a 24x7 work environment
- Good attendance record and performance metrics over the last 90 days
