Job Summary

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Associate degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of previous experience in a fast-paced leadership role
  • 1 year of previous leadership experience within a call center environment preferred
  • Flexible schedule to accommodate a 24x7 work environment
  • Good attendance record and performance metrics over the last 90 days
