Remote Team Leader

Job Summary

Key responsibilities

• Own communication with stakeholders, structure requirements, and set priorities to assure delivery commitments
• Manage team capacity planning, track load, and forecast needs to prevent bottlenecks
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings and performance reviews to implement measures for team improvement

Required qualifications

• Proven experience leading engineering teams with a focus on code quality and team morale
• A people-first leadership mindset with a genuine care for individual growth and team well-being
• Experience facilitating performance reviews and professional development planning
• Understanding of Linux systems and knowledge of algorithms and data structures
• Ability to design and oversee software architecture for scalability and performance
