Remote Team Manager - Workers' Compensation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Team Manager - Workers' Compensation (WC).

Key Responsibilities

• Establishes performance standards, conducts appraisals, and administers corrective actions
• Reviews and assigns claims, ensuring balanced workloads and timely closures
• Coaches staff on investigations and compliance standards while managing workflows in the Risk Tech Claim System

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• Five or more years of progressive experience as a Claim Examiner or equivalent
• Previous supervisory experience desirable
• Thorough knowledge of insurance coverages and practices
• Industry designations preferred but not required (IIA, AIC, AEI and/or CPCU)
