Job Summary

A legal services company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Team Transformation Coach.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Guiding and serving teams to facilitate cultural change that leads to a significant improvement in quality, and team productivity
  • Facilitating agile/lean practices, removing impediments while promoting self-management and self-improvement of the teams to achieve high performance
  • Leading teams in Agile transformation practices by performing the Scrum Master role on teams and by coaching

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in a product company
  • 2 years of hands-on experience with Scrum, Kanban and other agile practices
  • Certification in foundational Agile practices (CSM, CSPO, PSM or similar)
  • Demonstrated strong presentation, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Experience with coaching managers of software development and service teams
  • Ability to track and evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams and management for improvements
