Remote Tech Contingent Workforce Management Staff Program Manager

Job Summary

A social media company has an open position for a Remote Tech Contingent Workforce Management Staff Program Manager.

Must be able to:

• Oversee all individual Full-Time Contractors and large outsourcing contracts
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to forecast and identify staffing requirements and ensure needs are met
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Finance, Legal, and cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of collective experience in program management, workforce/vendor management
• Ability to make sound determinations on the relative strength of vendor and their positioning within their industry
• Remain current with vendor management regulatory requirements and changes
• Strong communication and influencing skills to bridge conversations between organizations
• A team player mentality with the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
• Proactive and curious by nature. You are creative and enjoy taking unique approaches to solving problems
