A healthcare and retail pharmacy company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Tech I Pharmacy Accordant in Greensboro.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interacting with patients, medical office staff, CVS colleagues
- Providing care coordination and health care navigation assistance to members
- Facilitating member understanding of benefit change as it relates to specialty medications
Position Requirements Include:
- Verifiable high school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer service experience in healthcare setting
- Excellent Excel knowledge
- Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, touch typing, formatting documents).
- Bilingual Spanish
- Previous telephonic experience in health care
