Job Summary

A cloud security company is in need of a Remote Tech Support Implementation Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Being collaborative, responsive, and enterprising in achieving customer objectives
  • Troubleshooting issues involving communication between multiple SaaS and on-premise application
  • Developing and communicating implementation plans and timelines

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years of experience
  • Ability to build customer-facing documentation and implementation/project plans
  • Understanding of Cloud / SaaS applications - Salesforce, GSuite, Office 365, Salesforce, etc. IaaS - AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management (LDAP, AD, ADFS, Okta, Ping, etc).
