A global court reporting company is in need of a Remote Tech Support Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting customer service coaching
- Overseeing interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new staff
- Coaching, mentoring and developing staff. Assist with providing career development planning and opportunities
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 3 years of management experience required
- Must have strong leadership and technical abilities
- Must have a customer-service background, with great attention to detail and excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be motivated, organized, and work well under pressure
- Must be able to work well without direct supervision
