Job Summary
Working remotely on a night shift basis, the full-time Customer Service / Tech Support Representative will provide inbound customer support, resolve technical issues, and maintain documentation for a leading tech brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
- Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
- Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
Required qualifications:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- Technical support experience preferred
- Ability to work an evening or overnight schedule
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and computer navigation skills
