Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Customer Service / Tech Support Representative will provide exceptional customer service and technical support for tech products, resolving issues and answering inquiries via inbound and outbound calls.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide troubleshooting support for hardware and software issues
  • Utilize call flow guides to deliver inbound customer support effectively
  • Document and track customer interactions and technical issues in databases
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in using and explaining technology, including familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
