Job Summary

Delivering exceptional customer experiences, the remote Customer Service / Tech Support Representative will provide technical support and troubleshooting for a leading tech brand while working part-time or full-time in a home-based environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer customer inquiries about products and services while providing world-class customer service
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products using a call flow guide
  • Document and track customer interactions and maintain knowledge of client products and services
Required qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong familiarity with technology, including iOS and/or MacOS
  • Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free environment
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and strong computer navigation skills
