Job Duties
Answer inbound tech support customer service calls
Working with our systems to assist customers with technical issues in a timely manner.
Help Ticket management and tracking
Reports and Dashboard creation/manipulation
Utilitarian work on products updates, shipping information, user interfaces, etc. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools thru our system
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
Remain knowledgeable on products and discuss available options to fit customer needs
Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes
Requirements
1+ year technical support / customer support experience in a help desk environment
Strong active listening skills
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Problem Solving with a quality focus
Operating Systems and PC Proficiency
High school diploma
Quiet home based work environment
Desired but not required
Bachelors or Associates Degree
Familiarity with the work as home environment
Pay negotiable based on experience
