Job Summary
A home automation company has a current position open for a Remote Tech Support Representative in Lehi.
Must be able to:
- Provide the requisite telephonic support in response to questions
- Insure that accounts are properly created
- Speak with Customers, Sales Representatives, Field Service Technicians, and Summer Installers telephonically
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Must have a comprehensive knowledge of Honeywell panels, GE Panels, 2 GIG Panels, DSC Panels
- Must have Level 1 Alarm Technician Certification
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Must have an excellent command of the English language
- Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
