Job Summary
A medical technology company is in need of a Remote Tech Support Software Representative.
Must be able to:
- Provide high level remote support to external customers
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and debug complex computer systems
- Maintain detailed electronic records of service interactions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Sound knowledge and professional experience of Relational Database Systems
- Meets all Vendor Credentialing requirements necessary to gain client site access
- 8+ years of experience
- High School Diploma, Bachelor's preferred
