Job Summary
A relocation services company has an open position for a Remote Tech Support Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Answering customer inquiries and provide technical assistance and support via email, phone call, social media and other channels as needed
- Utilizing provided case management system to track and enter updates on internal and external tickets
- Working with the Engineering team to improve our customers’ experiences
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience working in technical support or help desk environment
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong passion for an active lifestyle including running, cycling, hiking or other outdoor activities preferred
- Strong listener with ability to show empathy and patience
- Strong knowledge of Internet and software applications, including Google G Suite other related business software
