Job Summary

A company providing lease purchasing technology needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Tech Support Specialist.

Must be able to:

  • Display world class customer focused Tech support
  • Analyze the list of vulnerabilities and recommended patches provided
  • Assess existing patching methods

Position Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent experience
  • 3 to 5 years of managing Windows and MacOS Systems
  • Experience with RMM/MDM management suites such as ConnectWise, SCCM, Intune, Maas360 and JAMF
  • Experience with the following languages: Python, PowerShell, Batch, MSI creation
