Job Summary
An internet and e-commerce company has a current position open for a Remote Tech Writer Editor.
Must be able to:
- Write and edit knowledge base articles
- Develop technical writing style guide to provide consistency across documentation
- Edit in-product language
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficient in Google docs, Microsoft Word, Notion, Freshdesk
- 3+ years of writing, editing, and publishing experience
- Creative thinker with the ability to write conversational tech content that educates users
- Deep understanding and love of grammar, and customer experience
- Strong attention to detail, with proficiency in proofreading/editing, writing, and verbal communication
- Bachelor's Degree
