Job Summary

A technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Account and Product Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Leading data quality technology architectural design sessions with clients
  • Demonstrating new product features as part of bi-annual or quarterly updates for customers
  • Communicating with customers on product and company direction to find future synergies

Qualifications Include:

  • Prior experience (10+ years) in customer support, professional services, or customer success
  • Minimum of a post-secondary degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Ability to build relationships with key players at strategic customer accounts
  • Deep technical knowledge of data quality domain space
  • Exceptional written/oral communication skills
