Job Summary

A leading provider of healthcare customer relationship management software is seeking a Remote Technical Account Director in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Driving product adoption
  • Closely managing and nurturing accounts
  • Identifying and executing cross-sell/up-sell opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of account management experience, with upselling, cross-selling, and/or renewals
  • Experience with customer-retention as your KPI, preferably in a SaaS organization
  • Demonstrated knowledge of healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication skills, including issue tracking, triaging and crisis management
