Job Summary
A developer communication platform is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Management Developer in Atlanta.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Working with our customers to resolve complex technical problems with potentially very costly and far-reaching consequences
- Digging deep as well as be able to zoom out and look at the larger picture
- Delivering proactive guidance to the customer to provide added value
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experienced Technical Account Manager
- Good knowledge of RESTful technology, previous work with APIs
- Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Interest in utilizing customer feedback to identify and drive improvements in our products
- All other requirements necessary for this position
