Job Summary

An IT infrastructure and information management company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Management Director.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Working closely with our customers to demo, deploy and extend the company platform
  • Solving problems and build new technology
  • Consistently and cogently addressing our customers' needs

Position Requirements Include:

  • Expected to travel up to 25% of the time on average
  • 5+ years experience in technical positions required
  • BS degrees in computer science, MIS, or equivalent
  • 8+ years' of operational experience in endpoint operations or security
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
  • Broad knowledge across several technical domains
