Job Summary
An IT infrastructure and information management company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Management Director.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working closely with our customers to demo, deploy and extend the company platform
- Solving problems and build new technology
- Consistently and cogently addressing our customers' needs
Position Requirements Include:
- Expected to travel up to 25% of the time on average
- 5+ years experience in technical positions required
- BS degrees in computer science, MIS, or equivalent
- 8+ years' of operational experience in endpoint operations or security
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
- Broad knowledge across several technical domains
