A security company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Management Director in Fullerton.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the linchpin of every customer engagement
- Solving problems and build new technology (R&D)
- Consistently and cogently addressing the customers' needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel up to 25% of the time on average
- BS degrees in computer science, MIS, or equivalent experience required
- 5+ years experience in technical positions required
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing or customer support positions
- 8+ years' of operational experience in endpoint operations or security
