Job Summary
Owning the health and growth of a defined client portfolio, the full-time Remote Technical Account Manager will manage client relationships, conduct technical business reviews, and create accurate quotes and scopes while working closely with the CTO in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and manage proactive communication and escalations
- Prepare and present technical business reviews, converting findings into actionable plans and remediation roadmaps
- Create accurate quotes and scopes of work, coordinating with internal teams to ensure execution and documentation alignment
Required qualifications
- 3+ years in an MSP or IT services environment in a client-facing role
- Strong technical fluency across Microsoft 365, endpoint management, networking fundamentals, and security concepts
- Experience presenting to executives and business owners
- Proven organization and follow-through skills
- Ability to draft clear documentation and scopes of work
