Job Summary

An enterprise software company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Partnering with designated customer accounts
  • Onboarding assigned customers
  • Leading data quality technology architectural design sessions with clients,

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Minimum of a post-secondary degree in Engineering or related
  • Deep technical knowledge of data quality domain space
  • Knowledge of the company's product suite
  • Prior experience (10+ years) in customer support or professional services
  • Ability to build relationships with key players at strategic customer accounts
