Job Summary
An enterprise software company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Partnering with designated customer accounts
- Onboarding assigned customers
- Leading data quality technology architectural design sessions with clients,
Qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum of a post-secondary degree in Engineering or related
- Deep technical knowledge of data quality domain space
- Knowledge of the company's product suite
- Prior experience (10+ years) in customer support or professional services
- Ability to build relationships with key players at strategic customer accounts
