Job Summary
A privately held computer software company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Assume direct responsibility and drive exceptional support
- Gain understanding of our partner's technical infrastructure and environment
- Investigate issues reported by customers by doing your own research
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
- 5 years experience supporting Linux systems
- Extensive experience with OpenStack, virtualization and other Cloud technologies
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Advanced storage
- Advanced networking
