Job Summary

A cloud software developer is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing Enterprise Clients that have purchased company's premium support offering
  • Managing multiple customer implementations and escalations
  • Implementing, troubleshooting and supporting call center software solutions
