Job Summary
A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Supporting escalations and issue prioritization, acting internally as a customer advocate
- Investigating issues reported by customers
- Assuming direct responsibility and drive exceptional support provided to our customer base
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
- Extensive experience with OpenStack, virtualization and other Cloud technologies
- Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Linux systems
- Advanced troubleshooting
- Experience managing customer relationships
- Development level and troubleshooting experience in at least 2 programming languages
