Job Summary

A staffing firm is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Supporting escalations and issue prioritization, acting internally as a customer advocate
  • Investigating issues reported by customers
  • Assuming direct responsibility and drive exceptional support provided to our customer base

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Ability to travel internationally up to 25% of the time
  • Extensive experience with OpenStack, virtualization and other Cloud technologies
  • Minimum 5 years' experience supporting Linux systems
  • Advanced troubleshooting
  • Experience managing customer relationships
  • Development level and troubleshooting experience in at least 2 programming languages
